Sommelier

The role

Wine becomes an important part of LUDO.

We are looking for a sommelier or a restaurant professional with a strong interest in wine who can help develop the wine menu, work with our suppliers, and – most importantly – make wine alive and accessible to our guests.

We value curiosity, taste, and good hosting more than long lectures at the table.

The wine bar also serves as LUDO’s private dining room for about 30 guests – another opportunity to put the wine at the center of the event.
