At LUDO on Gammel Kongevej 107 in Frederiksberg, we are looking for a skilled and passionate baker who wants to be part of an ambitious team with high professional standards and a shared love for good baked goods.
We have assembled a strong team and are working with a clear ambition: we want to create some of the best pastries in Copenhagen.
It takes skilled people, the best raw materials, respect for craftsmanship, and the will to never compromise on quality.

We work with sourdough, fermentation, classic baking traditions and modern techniques, where precision, creativity and taste go hand in hand.

Who are you?
You are a trained baker or have solid experience from a professional quality bakery.
You are passionate about your profession, have a knack for your craft, and take great care in the details. You understand that good baking requires time, precision, and consistency – and that quality is not something you compromise on when things are hectic.
You take responsibility, work structuredly, and thrive as part of a team where everyone contributes to the common outcome.
