The role

You will become part of a team of five bakers who prepare everything from the counter, the kitchen and the oven – sourdough, rye bread, laminated dough and the seasonal baking that changes every other week. You work closely with our head baker and have real influence on what we bake.You will become part of a team of five bakers who prepare everything for the counter, the kitchen and the bar.

Responsibility

  • Mashing, leavening, baking sourdough and rye bread
  • Laminated dough – croissants, cardamom rolls and the season’s Wienerbrød
  • Keep the dish and the drain filled throughout the morning
  • Hygiene, ordering and a tidy bakery for the next shift
